The story takes place in an unnamed country, often referred to as the 'wheel country'. Although nominally democratic, all aspects of society in this country

-absolute rules which if disobeyed will result in one's confinement in a forced-labor camp- upon those whose actions are judged to be detrimental to society.
The protagonist is Morita Ken'ichi, a young man who has been training for the past seven years to become a Special High Class Individual. For his final examination, he has been dispatched
to the same town in which he lived as a child. His task: to pose as a student in the town's school and rehabilitate three of his classmates who possess 'obligations', successfully preparing
them to re-enter society.

important and pivotal character. Also, though it can be debated, the most tragic character of the whole game.
- Game description:
A winter story. Kihara Yuuji (木原祐二), Sawaki Yuriko (沢木祐里子) and Sakagami Yuzuki (坂上柚木). A trio of best friends, two of them recently being a couple and the last blessing and watching over them. A short
happiness that suddenly escapes everyone's hands as tragedy strikes and kills one of them. This is a story where the protagonist tries to overcome such a sorrow.
The unforgiveable sin that is love. An eternal damnation. An unavoidable and cruel destiny. Unrequited feelings. And, caught in the middle, good and kind people
who are in the end but innocent sacrifices.
